We are in a time that necessitates fortitude as we find ways to keep safe while serving the needs of people who are at risk in our communities. Finding ways to continue this vital work while recognizing the continued ongoing need to focus on causes, mechanisms, and interventions aimed at reducing inequality, relieving its consequences and bringing us together. As always, the AATI is an opportunity to connect and share ideas and tools that enables work that is more effective; that provide opportunities to collaborate, build networks, and learn from each other.
Aims of the AATI
- To build knowledge, skills and networks of professionals working with vulnerable adults;
- To promote the exchange of information, innovative thinking and practice
Who Participates in the AATI?
Adult Protective Services, criminal justice, healthcare, law enforcement, mental health, public health, aging, domestic violence and a variety of other professions and disciplines that interact with abused adults.
